Repair Café Success: Don't Toss It, Fix It!

Our April Repair Café at the Westborough Public Library was a vibrant morning of community and sustainability. We were thrilled to see so many neighbors bring in their "sundry items"—lamps, bicycles, dull knives, and even a few cherished pieces of jewelry—to give them a second life.

This event is a true example of Service Above Self. Our knowledgeable volunteers didn't just fix items; they shared their skills, teaching owners how to troubleshoot and maintain their belongings. Whether it was sharpening garden shears for the spring or rewiring a favorite lamp, the room was filled with the sound of tools, laughter, and the satisfaction of a job well done.
