Join us on Saturday, September 28 at 2:00 pm when Rotarian Sharad Mehta, an active member of the Rotary Club of Westborough's Environmental Committee, presents A Practical Case for Zero Emissions Energy & Transportation.  Sharad's presentation will be beneficial to anyone who is alarmed by climate change, the rise in sea levels and CO2 emissions and is interested in learning more about positive steps individuals and families can take.  Sharad will cover the feasibility of making a transition from conventional non-renewable to sustainable, carbon-free energy and transportation, along with to approach a move to Solar Power System + Electric Vehicles. His presentation is educational and of interest to anyone concerned about climate change and what we can do to help mitigate it.
 
Sharad has lived in Westborough for 21 years and is a Rotarian since 2018, He works at MIT Lincoln Labs. He is a member and chair of the Westborough Rotary’s newly formed Committee on the Environment, and involved with Westborough Environmental Collaborative, a group consisting of members from local organizations concerned with the effects of climate change.
