DESCRIPTION:Fall For Wellness is a free community program for all ages- fro
 m children through senior adults. Through a wellness expo\, hands-on activ
 ities\, information sessions\, and opportunities to learn about health-ben
 efiting tools\, the hope is to connect attendees to resources that support
  mental and behavioral health\, showcase various ways to positively impact
  well-being\, and decrease the stigma surrounding mental health. \n\nThe R
 otary Club of Westborough will have a table for members to share with the 
 attendees information on how we support the community through our many act
 ivities.  This is time to engage with the community and share how they can
  get involved in our many service projects.  \n \nThis event is being plan
 ned by Square One which is a collaborative partnership between Westborough
  Public Schools\, Westborough Youth and Family Services\, the Rotary Club 
 of Westborough\, Westborough Public Library and Westborough Connects. The 
 group offers free programming and resources designed to support community 
 education and resilience around substance use and mental health.
